Ongoing Coorespondence between
Hillarie Levy and
The California Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) regarding the
death of her daughter Robyn brought on by mismanagement and bad medical
care at Kaiser and the for profit Permanente.
In this set of letters DMHC consistently states that someday in the
future they will be investigating or that they already have lengthy
ongoing investigations taking place. Lengthy investigations
and
someday in the future really are not necessary for these issues that
should immediately be addressed. By DMHC consistently making
such
statements they are really saying to the public:
It is all right
for Kaiser to be cruel and inhumane to patients and their families -
both verbal and physical cruelty.
DMHC states that it is ok for the Ombudspersons to not know what they
are doing.
DMHC states that it is just fine
to harvest organs and tissue to use in
the living from people that have just died from cancer.
DMHC states that it is okey dokey for Kaiser and the for profit
Permanente to misrepresent to patients what their particular hospice
program is about and what services it actually provides and does not
provide..
DMHC states that the Kaiser and
for profit Permanente's low priority
for life saving emergency transfusions is just fine with them.
